Payment & Checkout
All purchases will receive instant notification from whichever marketplace the transaction occured on (ie eBay, Amazon or through our website), and a request for payment. These notifications can be blocked by anti-spam measures, so we encourage all customers to immediately go through the checkout using the link provided in the postings and websites. We are pleased to accept Paypal, Google Checkout where permitted, BidPay, and Money Orders in USD. Credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express can be processed via Paypal, Google Checkout or Bidpay.
Shipping & Tax
Each posting has specific shipping alternatives listed. Our shipping costs closely match those incurred for packaging, labor, and postage charges. All packages ship from our warehouse in Largo, Florida, via USPS. You should receive notification of package shipping within 3-business days of making your payment.
Please choose the alternative that best suits your need upon checkout. Once a shipping method has been entered it cannot be changed, so if you find that you require the item more quickly please consider purchasing another one and specifying the appropriate shipping.
Being located in Pinellas County we are obligated to charge the 6% state sales tax as well as "The Penny for Pinellas" 1% sales tax to state residents. Please note that this is a legal obligation, as this transaction will be deemed to have occured in Pinellas County.
Combined Shipping Discounts
It is our pleasure to offer combined shipping discounts! We want you to come back and shop as often as you like, and this is our way of showing our appreciation for your business. When purchasing more than 1 item, shipping will be charged as full price for the most expensive shipping charge, and additional shipping charges will be discounted by 50%.
Terms of Sale
All sales are considered final. National Country Flags may choose to accept back returns for exchange at its sole discretion, but is not obligated to do so under any circumstances. We will do our best to work with our customers, and we ask that our customers work with us in arriving to a fair conclusion to any and all potential issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to restrictions with credit card processors, we are unable to offer any refunds. In certain situations exchanges may be facilitated at the expense of the customer - Please Email here for more information.

How can you sell so cheap?
We have a global network or manufacturers & importers working to bring you the best pricing possible, and also source deals from overstock, bankruptcy, and other liquidation opportunities!
What is the condition of the products you sell?
All of our items are new in package, directly from the manufacturers.
I have purchased or won the item - Now what?
Go on through the checkout at your earliest convenience. All information is provided for you there..
Can I buy more of these at the same price?
Yes and no. If you have purchased from our website or Amazon, then we can certainly sell you another at the same price, and discount the shipping of the second item by 50%! If you have purchased through eBay or through an auction, then you can win another item for the same price if you like, or you can purchase immediately through our website, Amazon, or eBay stores.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are pleased to accept Paypal, Google Checkout where permitted, Bidpay, and Money Orders in USD!
Do you combine shipping for multiple auctions?
Of course! We want you to buy as much as you like, and tell everyone what a great deal you got! Items will be combined in the checkout and discount applied at that time. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE PURCHASED ALL OF THE ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE.
What are my shipping costs?
Shipping charges for all perchases are listed in the shipping sections of the posting or shopping carts. Please carefully choose the appropriate shipping method from the options available at checkout because it cannot be changed after payment. Remember to purchase insurance if you are interested in that option also.
How long does shipping take?
Almost all of our orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. We do rely on the USPS for pick-up and processing and mistakes can happen, but if you have not received confirmation of your shipment within 3 business days please contact us here.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sorry - Sometimes there is just no way around it. We charge in-state residence the Florida sales tax, and the Penny for Pinellas tax.
Why didn't I receive an invoice or other Emails?
Welcome to the wonderful world of spam blocking. The easiest thing for you to do is initiate the checkout from the posting, send us some Emails, and add the domain nationalcountryflags.com and the address questions@nationalcountryflags.com to your safe sender list (whitelist).
